Another photo taken prior to the last blog entry. I like this one best out of the series. Shortly after this photo was taken I almost mistakenly stepped on a fairly large alligator. That was my bit of excitement for the day. I will post a link to the video for your enjoyment.

Landscape taken tonight at Arthur J Marshall Wildlife Refuge. My first shots of the year. The weather was perfect and this was taken just about sunset. For the unfamiliar this site is the northeastern most section of the Florida everglades. I have spent countless hours shooting both landscape and macro here. I am seldom disappointed.

I wanted to share a new website I launched that features a searchable database for photographers to find shooting locations. There is also a feature to submit your own as well.
I thought this would be a great place to share the idea on my blog.
As a fellow photographer I was finding it increasingly difficult to find new shooting locations and my productivity started to suffer as a result. I always found it interesting that when crossing paths with other photographers I would exchange locations that I was not familiar with. Kissmyshutter.com was created by my desire to find new shooting locations.
