Coordinated Effort, originally uploaded by madcalabrian.Fire ants are not on my list of favorite animals to photograph. I am not sure how this bird met it’s fate, but these ants are indiscriminate when it comes to their food selection. Leaves, grasses, and in this case a bird is fair game.

Went to Riverbend with my sister Luisa and good friend Jim. We spent 6 hours walking. The change of weather made for an amazing experience. This is one of my favorite views in the park and I thought a black & white would be best to showcase all of the detail.
